Think positive, it’s actually easier once you get the hang of it.

 

SLEEP

 

Everyone needs a good cry and a nap now and then.

Cut yourself some slack.

Por ejemplo: Mine is to create a home that makes my kids feels safe and supported. That people are free to be themselves as long as they are being kind. Where we cheer each other on. The rest of the world is full of assholes so I don’t think we need to be that for each other. A place where we can all learn and grow and throw water balloons at each other.
